One of my favorite local dive bars! The staff is friendly and accommodating! Have been there for Sunday breakfast and killer bloody Mary's before going on a Sunday motorcycle ride. They are one of the few remaining bars that still allow MC's to wear their cuts (patches) inside the bar! Because they don't discriminate I wish I could give them 100 stars.
The Cadillac of bloody Marys. A great Sunday morning brunch. Some eggs, some hash browns, chicken fried steak biscuits and gravy. A great treat for the end of a long week!
I may have a biased opinion but this a fact: not only is this an old school, nice place, biker friendly, nice people but there’s more...I dare say in San Diego we are the leader the number 1 first place finisher for dive bars..google spring valley inn it will say no results found were such a dive bar, we challenge you to find a better dive bar in San Diego... it’s lonely at the top...our staff keeps showing up to work year after year...we have 3rd generation customers, their stories start like this,”my grandma used to drink here” it never gets old to hear the loyalty of our customers. Some humans a lot dogs no kidding, we had to call the cops one time for a fight, two German Shepard’s with hangovers or were they labradoodles can’t remember, yes we’re dog friendly.. really it’s like the animal kingdom 24/7. Come see us!

This is without a doubt the best dive bar in town. The bartenders are top of the line, they are talented and fun. I met so many nice downhome people. They always have a kind word to say to you. There's plenty to do...you can play darts or play pool. Or you can try your luck at Superball lotto. Great music on the juke they even have great live music and karaoke. You won't feel lonely here. Someone will come up to you and introduce themselves. I highly recommend the Spring Valley Inn. Tell em Debbie sent you!
A small place with lots of fun people. Neighborhood style with darts, Mexican food outside, and good drinks. I enjoyed my time there.
We had the best time of our lives. It was because of Tricia"s Memorial gathering we were there but then it was the people and the band" Nemesis" that made the day a success. Thank you to the friends and Co workers of Tricia Wilkins and Gina her friend, who gave us a chance to honor our friend Tricia, in a glorious way.
Been going to SVI for years. George the owner is a friend of mine. If you visit San Diego County, stop by for a drink. The Taco people out front sells excellent food. Best idea for the bar. The super market next door also sells fresh food. Stop by you won't be sorry. P. S. Biker friendly.
